Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Charm Edit ships within the United States only.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping option selected and the best available service.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Charm Edit is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package was stolen or is missing after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
