Return Policy

We want you to love your order! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, you'll receive store credit (issued as a digital gift card) for the value of the returned item. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll make it right.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact us at hellocharmedit@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide instructions for sending your item back.
